Let's get real okay?

Okay, full disclosure here, my paper stash is a bit ridiculous. I have at least one full box and two A4 zipper pouches of painted papers, magazine cuttings and just bits. I try not to be too silly with what I keep but it's easy for it to become overwhelming. So if this is you, I promise you're not on your own!

Time to get organised

Ugh, organised, I kind of hate that word. I know it's a necessity for a lot of things but it's also kind of boring right? Like there are a million better things to do with our time when it comes to creating in our art journals.

I have been using a very simple method to stop myself from turning my house into an episode of hoarders and actually kick start my journal pages when I open up my Art Journal.

Kick Start Your Pages

Time we get to spend in our art journals creating is super precious isn't it? Maybe you are lucky and have time set aside, maybe you're just grabbing 5 mins here and there whilst the pasta boils over (totally me!) Anything that is going to help stop time wasting gets a gold star in my book!

By spending a little bit of time creating a good pile of bits and adding them straight into your journal you'll be inspired as soon as you sit down to start. I promise it's worth it ok??
